My boyfriend and I have only had 2 sessions. Mahiboob has helped both of us understand what it means to be a better partner. She is supportive and gives a different perspective on communication! Love love love ❤️❤️❤️
Mahiboob is literally the best. She is so understanding, kind, and tells it how it is when you need to hear certain things. She is patient and insightful. I have worked with her through several of my relationship and depressive moments, and she has helped tremendously. I will continue to see her as long as I can. 10/10 would recommend.
Mahiboob is an excellent therapist. She elicits a deeper understanding of both my situations and feelings with respect to those situations. She doesn't sugarcoat things and will tell me when I'm doing something that's unhealthy. This is critical in therapy and is sometimes not done by other therapists. Some clients want a "yes man/woman." That's not Mahiboob, and that's good!
I just started my therapy and I have met my therapist. She’s amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. It doesn’t feel like I’m in therapy—it feels like a best friend listening to me while guiding me in the right way on how to handle my feelings, emotions, and weaknesses. She knows exactly how to calm me down and help me look toward a better day and a better future. I am so happy that I met her and very grateful that we are compatible in therapy. I love my therapist and would recommend her 100% to anyone. She is willing to listen, very detail-oriented in her work, and I truly appreciate her so much.

Mahiboob is an amazing therapist! This was my first time doing therapy and I genuinely loved every minute of it. When I started, I was extremely anxious about my relationships and my job. Weekly sessions with Mahiboob definitely made my life easier. She pointed out the thinking patterns I was caught in and gave me amazing techniques to help ground myself and ways to change my thinking. By the end of my sessions, it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a therapist. I'm grateful to have met and worked with Mahiboob on my mental health!
